This song is about reaching out to people when we are stuck, sad , need help, or struggling.
I was inspired to write it after having the worst year of my life. Losing my brother , my marriage falling apart. I mean, how much does one person have to endure ?
I spent hours on the phone with friends, pouring my heart out about my sorrows. Some friends I haven't seen in years. It pulled me back up and made me realize life is so hard , but having people in your life who care about you makes it easier and gives you the strength to keep going.
